Gov. Phil Bryant speaks Wednesday at the North Sunflower Medical Center in Ruleville. Bryant, along with FCC Commissioner Mignon Clyburn, was in Ruleville to tout telehealth innovations, including a joint study between North Sunflower and the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson that’s using mobile technology to improve care for diabetics.
