Turnrow Book Co. proprietor Jamie Kornegay said Monday that there have been plenty of tough moments trying to operate an independent bookstore profitably in Greenwood.
Since the Howard Street bookshop opened in 2006, though, the town has always found a way to come through for the store, Kornegay said.
