The prime suspect in a December shooting near McLaurin Park remains on the loose.
Kacy Williams, 39, whose last known address was 908 Broad St., has been wanted on charges of attempted murder for the shooting of 34-year-old Alfonzo Hemphill on Dec. 17 in the 100 block of West McLaurin Street.
