Two Carroll County candidates who were disqualified over paperwork issues are asking a judge to overturn the Carroll County Election Commission’s decision.
Bill Lord, who filed to run for county coroner, and Charles Mims, who intended to run for Beat 3 supervisor, were among five independent candidates disqualified.
