ArtPlace Mississippi has received a pair of grants from the Mississippi Arts Commission totaling $21,000 to help cover operating costs.
The Greenwood-based arts education nonprofit is looking to continue offering hands-on classes for area youth in arts, design, sewing and carpentry — and is looking to expand its adult classes as well.
