State Rep. Kevin Horan, D-Grenada, came out swinging against a number of Republican policies that he said have been hurting working Mississippians Wednesday in a speech at the Greenwood Voters League. The Grenada Democrat is running for re-election in District 24, which includes portions of Leflore, Carroll, Holmes, Grenada and Tallahatchie counties.
