An attorney for Dr. Arnold Smith is asking yet again for the judge to step down.
In a motion for recusal, Smith’s attorney, William Bell of Ridgeland, is asking specially appointed Circuit Court Judge Breland Hilburn to recuse himself from the civil and criminal cases against the 72-year-old oncologist.
