Citing extensive local media coverage, lawyers for Greenwood attorney Lee Abraham are pushing to have their civil suit against Dr. Arnold Smith tried in another county.
Lawyers for Abraham also argued that the community in Leflore County has been polarized by the case, making finding a fair and impartial jury difficult or impossible.
