Struggling Delta Devils stumble to 0-7

This is the time of year young teams are showing progress, but that’s certainly not the case for Mississippi Valley State.

The Delta Devils lost 49-21 to Texas Southern on homecoming Saturday in Itta Bena to fall to 0-7 overall, 0-5 in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. MVSU has now been outscored 363-77 this season.

His position is partially funded by a two-year grant from Report for America, a national nonprofit. Generous supporters in the community donated the matching funds in the first year. We are now raising funds for Year 2.
