Kylin Hill is on a mission.

In running for 211 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries — 12.4 yards per carry — the sophomore tailback took himself from one in the crowd to the unquestioned leader of the pack as No. 16 MSU (2-0) beat Kansas State 31-10 Saturday.

Bulldogs come alive in second half

After a sluggish first two quarters, Greenwood responded to Clinton Gatewood’s fiery halftime speech.

The Bulldogs broke open a tight game in the third quarter by scoring three touchdowns on three straight plays and cruised to a 46-23 win over rival Greenville Weston at Bulldog Stadium Friday night.

The Greenwood Commonwealth expanded its newsroom in 2025 by adding Gerard Edic as a reporter covering public safety and other stories of interest to the community.
