Amanda Elzy High School’s Rahkeem Lehaman finishes off a slam dunk last season. It was one of about 100 dunks the high-flying 6-foot-4 guard had during his season, which ended with the Panthers claiming their first state championship in school history. Lehaman, a rising senior, has given a verbal commitment to play basketball for Middle Tennessee State. Lehaman averaged 15.5 points, 8.1 rebounds, six assists and four steals a game for the Panthers as they finished 27-5 last season. Lehaman is the second Elzy player this month to make plans for their college career, with rising junior Maurice Dunlap committing to Mississippi State recently.
