JACKSON — The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee meets Thursday with the nomination of Jackson attorney Debra Brown in a federal judgeship in north Mississippi on the agenda.
A committee vote was postponed last week.
President Barack Obama nominated Brown in May. The judgeship presides over court in Greenville, Miss.
