Leflore County Supervisor Wayne Self has kept his District 4 seat, handily defeating Tuesday Greenwood businessman Sylvester Hoover in an election that left both sides with a bitter aftertaste.
In complete but unofficial returns, Self received 1,153 votes, or 69 percent, leaving Hoover with 515 votes, or 31 percent.
