JACKSON - Marlon Howell, sentenced to death in 2001 for the killing of a newspaper delivery man during an attempted robbery gone sour, will argue an appeal March 26 before the Mississippi Supreme Court.
Howell was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death in Union County Circuit Court on March 30, 2001.
