JACKSON - A Jackson lawyer, whose "One Call … That's All" commercials are heard across Mississippi, says new rules on lawyer advertising are an assault on free speech.
The Mississippi Supreme Court on Thursday unveiled the rules, the first attempt since 1994 to put some limitations on commercialization of the legal profession.
