JACKSON - The appeal of a Louisiana man sentenced to death for the killing his son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter has made its way to the Mississippi Supreme Court.
The justices have scheduled oral arguments for Aug. 11 in Jackson to hear from attorneys for death row inmate Alan Michael Rubenstein, 51, of Marrero, La.
