It's been two years since Emma Grace Clanton first came home from the hospital. Emma Grace spent her first 147 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Blair Batson Children's Hospital, a part of University Medical Center in Jackson.
She was born 16 weeks early and weighed 1 pound 5 ounces at birth.
