County and city leaders need qualified, dedicated people to serve on a number of joint boards, three Leflore County supervisors said Wednesday.
"Folks just don't seem to get it. We have the Civic Center board, the airport board the hospital board; it goes on and on," said Robert Moore, president of the Board of Supervisors.
