A Greenwood man who claims he was pistol-whipped Sunday by a Greenwood police officer has filed a $5 million excessive force lawsuit against the city.
"We are sad to announce that there's been another incident of police brutality in the city of Greenwood," Grenada attorney Carlos Moore said.
