Mayor Sheriel Perkins issued a warning Tuesday for owners of vicious dogs: If you bring such a dog to a city park, you will go directly to jail.
"We are not tolerating vicious dogs in our parks. That is a crime, and you will be arrested," Perkins said Tuesday during the regular meeting of the City Council.
