JACKSON - One day last spring, 151/2-year-old Zach Otto got his license to drive without adult supervision. The next day, he died in a single-vehicle accident on a rain-slicked road in Pike County.
His mother, Jeanine Falcon of Magnolia, believes her son would still be alive if she had spent more time supervising his driving habits.
