A neighborhood gathered in memory of a 12-year-old boy Wednesday at The Salvation Army Corps Community Center on North Stone Avenue.
“Jordan is really going to be missed,” said his mother, Jasmine Vance, as she stood among her family, her son Korbyn, only 3, at her knees.
