NORTH CARROLLTON — With word that Attorney General Jim Hood is considering a 2019 gubernatorial run, Dr. Marty Wiseman, professor emeritus of political science and public administration at Mississippi State University, said, “I do think he wants to run, and I do think he will run, and I think a lot of people are encouraging him to run.”
