Just a few years ago, Marko Lovrinovic remembers passing by the indoor basketball courts at Twin Rivers Recreation Center and marveling at how packed the area would be with kids and adults alike shooting hoops.
But after about 5 p.m., the area became a dead zone.
“Like a ghost town. Nobody would be there,” Lovrinovic described.
