Tavares Johnson has stepped down as the head football coach at Mississippi Delta Community College after three seasons at the helm of the Trojans’ program.
Johnson is leaving Moorhead to return to Northside High School in Shelby to take over as head coach, a position he held for three years before going to MDCC.
