The question of whether the Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School Board had grounds to fire the district’s former superintendent James Johnson-Waldington in June will be among the issues examined starting Thursday in Leflore County Chancery Court.
Johnson-Waldington is seeking reinstatement and back pay, including benefits.
