WHEREAS, on August 29, 2013, a Deed of Trust was executed by Delta Auto Recovery, LLC to Terry W. Green, Trustee for Bank of Commerce, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the Leflore County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 765 at page 496;
