WHEREAS, on October 22, 2009, Tamara Smith, a single woman executed a deed of trust for the benefit of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., which deed of trust was recorded on October 26, 2009, in Book 705, Page 602, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi; and
