If granted such permit, We propose to operate as a limited liability company under the trade name of Capricorn Internet Café located at 42600 CR 507, Itta Bena of Leflore County. The name(s), title(s) and address(es) of the owner(s)/partners/corporate officers(s) and/or majority stockholder(s)/ member(s)/ trustee of the above named business are: Eric Mitchell and Teresa Mitchell. SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on October 25, 2012, Clyde Calhoun and Cora Mae Calhoun, husband and wife, executed a deed of trust to R. Cratin Luckett, Jr., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for Security One Lending, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 750 at Page 360 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Leflore, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was assigned to Live Well Financial, Inc. by instrument dated October 10, 2016, and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 820 at Page 136; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, Live Well Financial, Inc., the holder of said deed of trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument dated July 20, 2017 and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 832 at Page 616; and
