Letters of Administration for George O. Vernon, Deceased, were issued by the Chancery Court of Leflore County, Mississippi in Cause No. 18-pr-7 on the 20th day of March, 2018, to the undersigned as the Administrator of said estate. All persons having claims against said estate are hereby notified that they are required to have the same probated and registered by the Clerk of said Court within 90 days of the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on March 2, 2010, Roysennia Hosey executed a purchase money Deed of Trust to Michael L. Riddle as Trustee for FBT Mortgage, L.L.C., as Lender, with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), as Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, MS, in Book 710 at Page 398;
WHEREAS, on September 3, 2014, said Deed of Trust was thereafter assigned to Trustmark National Bank with this recorded in Book 784 at Page 413;
WHEREAS, on September 3, 2014,Trustmark National Bank substituted James Eldred Renfroe as Trustee in the aforementioned deed of trust with this recorded in Book 784 at Page 415;
WHEREAS, there being a default in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and entire debt secured having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with its terms, Trustmark National Bank, the holder of the debt has requested the Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property pursuant to its terms in order to raise the sums due, with attorney’s and trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, James Eldred Renfroe, Trustee for said Deed of Trust, will on May 17, 2018, offer for sale at public outcry, and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m.) at the south main door of the Leflore County Courthouse in Greenwood, MS, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Leflore County, MS, to-wit:
Lot 55 of the Greenwood Homes Addition, as per plat of record in Plat Book 1, at Page 33, of the plat records on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi, also described as: Beginning at a point in the South line of West Monroe Avenue 253 feet West of the West line of Walnut Street as shown on said plat; thence run Westwardly with the South line of West Monroe Avenue 50 feet; thence run Southwardly parallel to the West line of Walnut Street 175 feet to a point in the North line of a 20 foot alley; thence run Eastwardly with the North line of said alley 50 feet; thence run Northwardly 175 feet to the Point of Beginning.

WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to M&T Bank by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 0755 at Page 15; and
