SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on May 15, 1995, Derrick A. Chambers and Terria Chambers executed a certain deed of trust to James W. Burgoon, Jr., Trustee for the benefit of The Valley Bank which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, State of Mississippi in Book 437 at Page 674 and re-recorded in Book 447 at Page 7; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to Origin Bank f/k/a Community Trust Bank s/b/m to Cimarron Mortgage Company by instrument dated January 21, 2016 and recorded in Book 0807 at Page 508 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Origin Bank f/k/a Community Trust Bank has heretofore substituted Shapiro & Massey, LLC as Trustee by instrument dated January 27, 2016 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 0807 at Page 511; and

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Greenwood Leflore Airport, Carroll County Mississippi, will receive sealed bids at the Airport Office located at 502A Airport Road, Greenwood, MS. until 2:00 P. M. on the 22nd of December, 2017 for the purchase and use by the Airport of the following item to-wit:
Used tractor, diesel powered, independent 540/1000 RPM PTO, 85 to 100 PTO horsepower, rear category II 3-Point Lift with heavy duty drawbar, 4 wheel drive, locking rear differential, power steering, independent wet disc brakes, open center hydraulic system with a minimum of 3 valves and a minimum of 20 gallons per minute pump flow, manual transmission with a minimum of 24 forward and 12 reverse speeds. Tractor shall be equipped with cab and roll over protective structure and air conditioning. Tractor shall be no more than 2 years old and with less than 400 operating hours. All systems and installed equipment must be operating normally with no outstanding maintenance requirements. Tractor shall have at least one year of remaining manufacturer's warranty. Preference may be given to tractors of the newest year model, and/or most remaining warranty, and/or lowest number of operating hours.
