Lots 5 and 8 in Block 11 of the Douglas Part of the City of Greenwood , in said City of Greenwood, in Leflore County, Mississippi, as said lots are shown upon the map of said addition recorded in Deed Book 26, at page 179, of the Land Deed Records on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said Leflore County, Mississippi.
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this court by Lion of Judah Prophetic Ministry and Vera Kemp, seeking to confirm and quiet title to the hereinabove described real property by virtue of record title. The other known Defendants in this case are High Sierra Tax Sale Properties, LLC, Scarlet Portfolio Alpha, LLC, Scarlet Portfolio, LLC, Regions Bank f/k/a Union Planters Bank, National Association and Carl F. Clark.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the complaint filed against you in this action to Charles J. Swayze III, Whittington , Brock & Swayze, P.A., P. 0. Box 941, Greenwood, Mississippi 38935.

NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on March 2, 2010, Roysennia Hosey executed a purchase money Deed of Trust to Michael L. Riddle as Trustee for FBT Mortgage, L.L.C., as Lender, with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), as Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, MS, in Book 710 at Page 398;
WHEREAS, on September 3, 2014, said Deed of Trust was thereafter assigned to Trustmark National Bank with this recorded in Book 784 at Page 413;
WHEREAS, on September 3, 2014,Trustmark National Bank substituted James Eldred Renfroe as Trustee in the aforementioned deed of trust with this recorded in Book 784 at Page 415;
WHEREAS, there being a default in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and entire debt secured having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with its terms, Trustmark National Bank, the holder of the debt has requested the Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property pursuant to its terms in order to raise the sums due, with attorney’s and trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale;

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated April 21, 2003, executed by ALBERT SHERRER, RUTH SHERRER, conveying certain real property therein described to JAY MORRIS, as Trustee, for CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORP, Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi filed and recorded May 8, 2003, in Deed Book 586, Page 235; and
