You have been made a Defendant in the Petition filed in this Court by Kenneth Porter, Administrator of the Estate of Kimberly Porter, Deceased, seeking an adjudication and determination by this Court of the sole surviving heirs at law of Kimberly Porter. There are no Defendants other than you in this action.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:30 A.M. on the 19th day of October, 2018 before Honorable Jon M. Barnwell, Chancery Judge, in the courtroom of the Leflore County Courthouse at Greenwood, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
