WHEREAS, on March 31, 2006, Doris E. Watkins executed a Deed of Trust to James Bounds, as Trustee for First National Bank of Oxford, as Lender/Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, MS, in Book 646 at Page 423;
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was assigned to Trustmark National Bank in Book 646 at Page 439;
WHEREAS, on April 9, 2018, Trustmark National Bank substituted James Eldred Renfroe as Trustee in the aforementioned deed of trust with this recorded in Book 844 at Page 453;
WHEREAS, there being a default in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and entire debt secured having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with its terms, Trustmark National Bank, the holder of the debt has requested the Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property pursuant to its terms in order to raise the sums due, with attorney’s and trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, James Eldred Renfroe, Trustee for said Deed of Trust, will on May 23, 2018, offer for sale at public outcry, and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m.) at the south main door of the Leflore County Courthouse in Greenwood, MS, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Leflore County, MS, to-wit:
Lot Seven (7), of the Bowie Addition to the City of Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi, as said lot is shown upon map of said addition recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 47 of the Records of Maps on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said county and state.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given to all qualified financial institutions that the School Board of the Greenwood Public School District, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 37-7-333, 27-105-305, and 27-105-315 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended shall receive sealed bids for the privilege of keeping the school district’s funds for FY 2019 and thereafter until new arrangements shall be made according to law.
Said bids shall be received at the Office of the Superintendent at 401 Howard Street, Greenwood, Mississippi until 10:00 AM on Monday, June 4, 2018 and each shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal Form which may be obtained from the Office of the Superintendent.
