WHEREAS, on March 19, 2008, Michael Dunlap and Nettie Carter Dunlap A/K/A Nettie L. Dunlap executed a purchase money Deed of Trust to Michael L. Riddle as Trustee for FBT Mortgage, LLC, as Lender, with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., (“MERS”), as Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, MS, in Book 682 at Page 72;
WHEREAS, on February 14, 2014, said Deed of Trust was modified by Loan Modification Agreement in Book 774 at Page 304;
WHEREAS, on January 21, 2015, said Deed of Trust was assigned to Trustmark National Bank in Book 790 at Page 424;
WHEREAS, on January 21, 2015, Trustmark National Bank substituted James Eldred Renfroe as Trustee in the aforementioned deed of trust with this recorded in Book 790 at Page 426;
WHEREAS, there being a default in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and entire debt secured having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with its terms, Trustmark National Bank, the holder of the debt has requested the Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property pursuant to its terms in order to raise the sums due, with attorney’s and trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, James Eldred Renfroe, Trustee for said Deed of Trust, will on February 20, 2019, offer for sale at public outcry, and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m.) at the south main door of the Leflore County Courthouse in Greenwood, MS, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Leflore County, MS, to-wit:
Lot Seven (7) in Block 32 of the Boulevard Addition to North Greenwood in the City of Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi, as the same is shown upon the map of said addition recorded in Book 2 at Page 19 of the Records of Maps of Leflore County, Mississippi, on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk thereof, less and except therefrom 25 feet off the West side of said Lot 7, Block 32 of the Boulevard Addition.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee, with no warranties.

All interested public and private transit and paratransit operators within Carroll, Leflore, Grenada, Holmes, Humphreys, Sunflower, Tallahatchie and Washington are hereby advised that Mississippi Valley State University is applying to the Mississippi Department of Transportation, Public Transportation Division, Jackson, Mississippi, for a grant under 49 U.S.C. 5311 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act – A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU), Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) and Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act, for the provision of public transportation services. Service (is being) (would be) operated within the following counties: Carroll Leflore, Grenada, Holmes, Humphreys, Sunflower, Tallahatchie and Washington. This program consists of elderly, disabled and low income area residents. The purpose of this notice is to advise all interested transit and paratransit operators of the proposed services for the general public within the area (as) described above, and to insure that such a project would not represent a duplication of current or of proposed services provided by existing transit or paratransit operators in the area.
Comments either for or against this service by such public, private, and paratransit operators will be received at any time within 15 days from the date of this notice.
