NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1998, Mack Collins, Jr., executed a Deed of Trust to Patricia O. Jones, as Trustee for Mortgage Guaranty Corporation, as Lender/Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, MS, in Book 483 at Page 105, as re-recorded in Book 500 at Page 617;
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was assigned to Trustmark National Bank in Book 494 at Page 397, as further assigned in Book 500 at Page 626;
WHEREAS, on June 26, 2019, Trustmark National Bank substituted James Eldred Renfroe as Trustee in the aforementioned deed of trust with this recorded in Book 865 at Page 329;
WHEREAS, there being a default in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and entire debt secured having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with its terms, Trustmark National Bank, the holder of the debt has requested the Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property pursuant to its terms in order to raise the sums due, with attorney’s and trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, James Eldred Renfroe, Trustee for said Deed of Trust, will on August 28, 2019, offer for sale at public outcry, and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m.) at the south main door of the Leflore County Courthouse in Greenwood, MS, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Leflore County, MS, to-wit:
The unexpired portion of the leasehold estate for a term of Ninety Nine (99) years commencing July 3, 1947, granted to W. M. Whittington by Leflore County. Mississippi, by lease agreement dated May 26, 1947, and recorded in Book 89 Page 467 of the Land Deed Records of Leflore County, Mississippi, in and to the following described property, to-wit: Lot Twenty Five (25) of Section “B” of the Terrace Gardens Addition to the City of Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi, as said Addition is shown by map thereof recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 21 of the Records of Maps of Leflore County, Mississippi, on file in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court thereof.

The Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District (GLCSD) is soliciting proposals from consulting firms to provide expert services related to the creation and delivery of high-quality Mississippi College and Career Readiness aligned online interim assessments in the format of the State Assessment Items for all grades and subjects.
Consultants would provide services during 2019-2020 school year in GLCSD elementary and secondary schools to support school wide and school improvement reforms. These reforms include:

• Progress Tracking
GLCSD seeks qualified consultants who have prior proven successful experience in these areas to enhance the instructional program of the Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District.
Proposals meeting the requirements are due to GLCSD by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2019. Services through this proposal will be funded in whole or in part by Federal Funds.

K–12 Integrated Supplemental Assessment and Instruction Solution
Overview
Introduction: The Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District is located in Greenwood, Mississippi. School facilities consist of twelve (12) schools and one central office. The district has approximately 4,700 students.
Purpose of RFP: The district is requesting for sealed bid proposals for an Integrated Supplemental Assessment and Instruction Solution specifically designed and developed to address the College and Career Readiness Standards in reading and mathematics. The blended-learning solution should include a web-based, adaptive diagnostic assessment and comprehensive reporting suite for grades K–8, plus interim growth monitoring, assessment of standards mastery, differentiated online instruction, and downloadable lesson plans to guide teacher-led instruction for students performing below grade level 9.
