You have been made a Defendant in the Petition filed in this Court by Randy Ussery Administrator of the Estate of Allie Patricia Ussery, Deceased, seeking an adjudication and determination by this Court of the sole surviving heirs at law of Allie Patricia Ussery. There are no Defendants other than you in this action.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of December, 2018 before Honorable W. M. Sanders Chancery Judge, in the courtroom of the Leflore County Courthouse at Greenwood, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire, and if you do so, a copy of your Answer or other pleadings should be mailed or hand delivered to John P.
