Project Description: Roof replacement on portions of buildings on two separate public school campuses: Davis Elementary and Bankston Elementary. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, Wendell E. McCaleb, executed and delivered a certain deed of trust to Charles N. Parrott, Trustee for the use and benefit of Regions Bank, which deed of trust was filed for record on January 29, 2009, and recorded in Book 695 at Page 9, and Modification of Deed of Trust executed by Wendell E. McCaleb to Regions Bank, which was filed for record on May 3, 2012, and recorded in Book 741 at Page 200, of the records on file in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Leflore County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Wendell E. McCaleb, executed and delivered a certain deed of trust to Charles N. Parrott, Trustee for the use and benefit of Regions Bank, which deed of trust was filed for record on February 9, 2011, and recorded in Book 723 at Page 152, of the records on file in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Leflore County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Regions Bank has heretofore substituted Jay Gore, III, in the above referenced Deeds of Trust as Trustee by instrument dated April 30, 2018, filed May 7, 2018, and recorded in Book 0846 at page 86 of the records on file in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Leflore County, Mississippi; and,
WHEREAS, default has been made and still continues in the payment of said indebtedness, as and when due, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee has been called upon by Regions Bank, the owner and holder of the indebtedness, to foreclose and sell the property covered by said deed of trust. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions, the beneficiary thereof has exercised the option in such case provided and has declared the entire unpaid balance of said indebtedness immediately due and payable. The beneficiary has directed the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the same by sale of the property therein described in accordance with the terms and provisions of the deed of trust for the purpose of raising the sum so secured and unpaid, together with the expense of selling the same, including Trustee's and attorney's fees.

Commence at the North West corner of Section 13, Township 19 North, Range 1 East,Leflore County, Mississippi, and thence run East for a distance of 870.85 feet to a point; then run South 6 degrees 23 minutes West for a distance of 270.00 feet to an iron rod on the point of beginning of the parcel herein described, said point of beginning being on the east right-of-way of U. S. Highway 7; thence following said right-of-way run South 6 degrees 23 minutes West for a distance of 130.00 feet to an iron rod, thence leaving said right-of-way run South 87 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East for a distance of 199.16 feet to an iron rod; thence run North 6 degrees 23 minutes East for a distance of 139.80 feet to an iron rod, thence run North 89 degrees 55 minutes West for a distance of 200.0 feet back to the point of beginning. All lying and being situated in the North West Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 13, Township 19 North, Range 1 East and containing 0.62 acres, more or less.
The undersigned Substitute Trustee believes that his title as Substitute is good, but he will

NOTICE OF TESTING OF
TABULATING EQUIPMENT
TO: THE QUALIFIED
ELECTORS
OF LEFLORE COUNTY,
MISSISSIPPI
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 21-15-531.4(a)(b) MS Code, 1972, Annotated and Amended, that the Circuit Clerk and Officials in charge of elections will run a logic and accuracy test (L & A) at the Leflore County Courthouse, 314 West Market Street, Leflore County, MS, beginning at 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Thursday, May 31, 2018 and Friday, June 1, 2018 and ascertain that the Accu Vote TSX units will count the votes cast for all offices and on all measures. The test will be conducted by testing the DRE units to be used in the June 5, 2018 Primary Election. All memory cards to be used will be tested. This tests will be conducted from day to day until all units have been tested.
Representatives of candidates, political parties, news media and the public are invited and shall be permitted to observe such tests.
