SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated July 29, 2013, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court in Leflore County, Mississippi, on July 29, 2013, in Book 763 at Page 473 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in said county and state, Christopher Leahman did grant and convey unto W. Dean Belk, as Trustee for Planters Bank & Trust Company, beneficiary, the property therein described, to secure the promissory note therein referred to; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned having been duly appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of W. Dean Belk, as Trustee for Planters Bank & Trust Company, beneficiary, the property therein described, to secure the promissory note therein referred to; and
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated October 23, 2013, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court in Leflore County, Mississippi, on November 23, 2013, in Book 770 at Page 313 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in said county and state, Jeremy Ward and Shunte Jones did grant and convey unto W. Condominium Development dated the 22nd day of November, 1978 and recorded in Book 204, at Page 477 of the Land Deed Records of Leflore County, Mississippi, and an undivided 5% interest in and to Tracts #2 and #3 of the common area of the Edgewater Manor Phase I Condominium Development, as said common area is more fully described in Paragraph #3 of the Enabling Declaration and Plan above described.

NOTICE OF INTENTION
OF THE
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
LEFLORE COUNTY,
MISSISSIPPI,
TO LEASE CERTAIN LAND IN LEFLORE COUNTY
FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Leflore County, Mississippi, will receive
sealed bids for the leasing of all of the following land in Leflore County, Mississippi, for agricultural purposes for the crop years 2017, 2018 and 2019 and will lease said lands to the highest, best, and acceptable best bidder for cash. A bidder shall bid on all of the land of the following property:
A 7.39 acre tract of land located in Sections 5 and 6, Township 18 North, Range 1 East, Leflore County, Mississippi.
Maps of said property are available for inspection at the Mapping Department at the Leflore County Courthouse. The said land will be leased for one (1) year or for a three (3) year period beginning immediately following an acceptable bid for the crop year 2017 or 2017, 2018, and 2019, ending December 31, 2019.
All bids must be for an annual rental and shall be accompanied by either a cashier or personal check for the 2017 farm rental. The annual rent for 2017 must be paid not later than April 30, 2017. The annual rent for 2018 must be not later than February 1, 2018. The annual rent for 2019 must be not later than February 1, 2019.
The successful bidder will have seven (7) days after the bid acceptance to sign a contract with Leflore County. Failure to sign this contract will void the bid.
Bidders must submit sealed bids to be filed and received on or before, but not later than Thursday, April 6, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi, at which date and time the bids will be presented to be opened by the Board of Supervisors.
All bids are to be sealed in a marked envelope and plainly marked SEALED BID-LEASING OF 7.39 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OPEN DURING THE APRIL 10, 2017 BOARD MEETING AT 4:00 P.M.
No bid may be withdrawn after the same has been publicly opened for consideration. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and irregularities.
The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
