SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S FORECLOSURE NOTICE
WHEREAS, on December 3, 2014, Bert W. Fleming and Rhonda R. Fleming executed a certain Deed of Trust to Mark S. Verner, for the benefit of Bank of Commerce, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi in Deed of Trust Book 788 at page 588; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Commerce has heretofore substituted H. Donald Brock, Jr. as Trustee in place and in lieu of the present Trustee by instrument recorded on April 11, 2018 in Book 844 at page 410 of the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due in accordance with the terms thereof, Bank of Commerce, the legal holder of said indebtedness requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose ofraising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees, and expenses of sale.

Bearings in this description are by solar observation.
Being the same property conveyed by The Robert Franklin Wier Family Trust, et al, to Bert Fleming and Rhonda Fleming by Warranty Deed dated July 19, 1994, filed for record September 8, 1994, at 10:46 a.m., and recorded in Book 298, Page 490 of the Land Deed Records of Leflore County, Mississippi.
