NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE APPLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING
Leflore County intends to file an application with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Agency for financial assistance to improve lighting and reduce monthly cost. Proposed improvements consist of replacing existing lighting system with LED lighting system which includes (59) lamps, (25) retrofit kits, and (566) fixtures. A public hearing to invite comments regarding the project is scheduled for:

LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Bank of Commerce, 310 Howard Street, Greenwood, MS 38930, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance for permission to merge with Tallahatchie County Bank, 10 S. Square Street, Charleston, MS 38921.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Memphis Area Office at, 6060 Primacy Parkway, Suite 300, Memphis, Tennessee 38119, not later than January 20, 2018. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the referenced Memphis Area Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portions of the application file will be made available upon request.
It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on November 12, 2003, Anita M. Ware, a married person, and Exzelman D. Ware, her husband, executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Irwin Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on November 13, 2003, in Book 599, Page 529, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned Deed of Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Irwin Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, to Green Tree Servicing LLC, its successors and assigns, by instrument dated March 13, 2015, and recorded on March 23, 2015, in Book 0793, Page 29 of the records of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk; and
WHEREAS, Ditech Financial LLC, f/k/a Green Tree Servicing LLC, the holder of the deed of trust, substituted either James L. DeLoach or David E. Flautt as Trustee, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded on November 20, 2017, and spread at large upon the records in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 0838, Page 184, prior to the posting and publication of this notice; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of the deed of trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of the deed of trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Ditech Financial LLC, f/k/a Green Tree Servicing LLC, has requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land, property and improvements in accordance with the terms of the deed of trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, Substitute Trustee’s fees and expenses of sale;
THEREFORE, on January 18, 2018, the undersigned Substitute Trustee in the deed of trust, will offer for sale at public outcry and sell to the highest bidder for cash, within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the South steps of the Leflore County ourthouse in Greenwood, Mississippi, the following described land, property and improvements lying and being situate in Leflore County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 18 of the Country Club Addition in Leflore County, Mississippi, as shown by map or plat of said Addition recorded in Book 5, Page 38 of the Records of Maps on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said County and State.
