WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated June 26, 2015, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court in Leflore County, Mississippi, on June 29, 2015, in Book 798 at Page 5 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in said county and state, Frederick Neil Guenther and Beverly E. Guenther did grant and convey unto W. Dean Belk, as Trustee for Planters Bank & Trust Company, beneficiary, the property therein described, to secure the promissory note therein referred to; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned having been duly appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of W. Dean Belk, Trustee in said Deed of Trust, by instrument dated February 15, 2018, and recorded February 16, 2018, in Book 841, Page 623 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in Leflore County, Mississippi, said Substitution of Trustee having been actually spread at large upon the said records before the publishing of the foreclosure notice; and

The sale of said property will be subject to all taxes which are a lien on the said property, to any state of facts an accurate survey of said premises would reveal, and to all recorded restrictions, easements, and mineral conveyances of record.

WHEREAS, on June 20, 2006, Bernard Tolbert and Elaine G. Tolbert, husband and wife, executed a deed of trust to L. Bradley Dillard, Trustee for the benefit of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., which deed of trust is recorded July 3, 2006, in Book 651 at Page 231 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the holder of said deed of trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Lori M. The Housing Authority of the City of Greenwood, Mississippi (GHA) will accept proposals to provide Lawn Care Services for its properties located at Brazil Homes, Rising Sun, Henry Homes, Crestview Homes, Hayes Homes, Bessie Threadgill Homes, and Williamson Homes at 111 East Washington Street or at P. O. Box 1847, Greenwood, Mississippi 38935 until noon, Monday, March 5, 2018.
A complete Request for Proposals package may be obtained by contacting the GHA at (662) 453-4822 X 121. The Authority urges all potential bidders to please inspect the property before
bidding.
The GHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities therein to determine the best proposal. The right is also reserved to hold all proposals for as long as thirty (30) days before awarding a contract.
