AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for NRZ Pass-Through Trust IV, by instrument recorded in Book 856, at Page 535, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on April 27, 1995, Clauzell McDonald and Helen Andrews, executed a deed of trust to Rowan H. Taylor, Jr., Trustee for the benefit of Sunburst Bank, which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 437 at Page 356 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Leflore, State of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, Sunburst Bank eventually became Union Planters Bank, N.A.; and
WHEREAS, by merger effective June 30, 2005, Union Planters Bank, N.A. became Regions Bank; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N. A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A. as Trustee by instrument dated January 6, 2004, and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 856 at Page 42; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, Wells Fargo Bank, N. A., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A. as Trustee, the holder of said deed of trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument dated December 18, 2018 and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 857 at Page 269; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, Wells Fargo Bank, N. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Leflore County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids for the leasing of all or portions of the following lands in Leflore County, Mississippi, for agricultural purposes for the crop years 2019, or 2019, 2020, and 2021 will lease said lands to the highest, best, and acceptable best bidder for cash. The successful bidder will have seven (7) days after the bid acceptance to sign a contract with Leflore County. Failure to sign this contract will void the bid. No bids will be considered unless submitted on these bid forms. Bids are to be filed and received on or before but not later than Monday, February 25, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi, at which date and time the bids will be presented to and opened by the Board of Supervisors.

No bid may be withdrawn after the same has been publicly opened for consideration.
