Notice is hereby given that Bank of Commerce, 310 Howard Street, Greenwood, MS 38930, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance for permission to merge with Tallahatchie County Bank, 10 S. Square Street, Charleston, MS 38921.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Memphis Area Office at, 6060 Primacy Parkway, Suite 300, Memphis, Tennessee 38119, not later than January 20, 2018. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the referenced Memphis Area Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portions of the application file will be made available upon request.
It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated.
