You have been made a defendant/respondent in the suit filed in this county by J.W. Cross, seeking to determine the heirs at law of Cynita L. Cross, deceased. Known Heirs at Law in this action are the following: Kanesha Lee; b. Timothy Lee; c. Tarakas M. Lee; d. Kiaria Haymore; and J. W. Cross (husband).
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 a.m. on the 20th day of September, 2019, in the courtroom of the Leflore County Courthouse, Greenwood, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S FORECLOSURE NOTICE
WHEREAS, on July 17, 2017, Wendell E. McCaleb executed a certain Deed of Trust to Mark S. Vemer, Trustee, for the benefit of Bank of Commerce, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi in Deed of Trust Book 832, at page 245 of the Records of Mortgages and Deed of Trust on Land; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Commerce has heretofore substituted H. Donald Brock, Jr. as Trustee in place and in lieu of the present Trustee by instrument dated and recorded July 22, 2019, in Book 866 at page 182 of the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due in accordance with the terms thereof, Bank of Commerce, the legal holder of said indebtedness requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, H. Donald Brock, Jr., Substituted Trustee, in said Deed of Trust, will on the 6th day of September, 2019, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. offer for sale and sell at public auction for cash to the highest and best bidder at the South front door of the Leflore County Courthouse in the City of Greenwood, Mississippi, the following described property conveyed by said Deed of Trust, to-wit:
That certain lot or parcel of land situated in the South end of Lot 10 of the Grenada Boulevard Addition to the City of Greenwood in Leflore County, Mississippi, as shown by the map of said Addition recorded in Map Book 3 at Page 4 of the Map Records of Leflore County, Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Begin at the southeast corner of said Lot 10 being the intersection of Grenada Boulevard with Ione Street as shown by the map referred to above, run thence north along the western boundary line of Ione Street for a distance of 156.5 feet; run thence due west at right angles to Ione Street to a point in the western boundary line of said Lot 10; run thence south along the western boundary line of said Lot 10 and parallel with Ione Street for a distance of 104.7 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 10, the same being the northern boundary line of Grenada Boulevard and run thence in a southeasterly direction along the northern boundary line of said Grenada Boulevard for a distance of 103 feet to the point of beginning, subject of easement rights heretofore granted to neighboring landowners to tap the sewer mains running from said lot to Pelucia Bayou and to tap water mains running through said lot mentioned in deed from J. H. and W. C. Freeman, dated July 16, 1935, and recorded in Deed Book 69, page 130 of the Land Deed Records of Leflore County, Mississippi.
I will sell and convey only such title as is vested in me as Substituted Trustee.
