Sealed bids will be received by the Greenwood Utilities Commission, City of Greenwood, Mississippi at its office at 101 Wright Place, P. 0. Box 866, Greenwood, Mississippi 38930 up to and until 2:00 P.M., December 18, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for:
ONE - NEW 2018 TANDEM AXLE TRUCK WITH LINE BODY AND 57 FOOT AERIAL DEVICE
Copies of the Bid Forms may be obtained from Margaret Campbell, Greenwood Utilities, P. 0. Box 866, Greenwood, Mississippi 38935-0866, telephone number (662) 453-7234 .
Bidders are required to use the printed forms which are contained in the Contract Documents, and no Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 45 days after the time of the bid opening.
The Greenwood Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein, and all Bidders must agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the Purchaser for any penalty or any other remedy on behalf of bidders, and that no lawsuit shall be brought by any bidder because of such rejections; nor shall bidders seek any recourse of any kind against purchaser because of such rejections, and the filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to these conditions.
