SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S FORECLOSURE NOTICE
WHEREAS, on August 19, 2016, a Deed of Trust was executed by Cindy A. Bell to Mark S. Vemer, Trustee for Bank of Commerce, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the Leflore County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 817 at page 447;
WHEREAS, Bank of Commerce has heretofore substituted H. Donald Brock, Jr. as Trustee in place and in lieu of the previous Trustees by instrument recorded June 12, 2017 in Book 831 at Page 35 of the office of the aforesaid Chancery clerk; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due in accordance with the terms thereof, Bank of Commerce, the legal holder of said indebtedness requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, H. Begin at a ½" iron pipe located at the intersection of the Northern boundary of the alley running predominantly Northeast and Southwest in Block 3 of the Douglas Part Subdivision and the Western boundary of the right-of-way of George Street proceed North 14 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West along the Western boundary of the right-of-way of said George Street for a distance of 47.04 feet to a ½" iron pipe, said iron pipe marks the point of beginning of the tract of land herein described; from said point of beginning continue North 14 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West along the Wastern boundary of the right-of-way of George Street for a distance of 49.24 feet to a ½" iron pipe; thence proceed South 76 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 143.67 feet to a ½" iron pipe on the fence; thence proceed South 14 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along said fence for a distance of 49.24 feet to a point; thence proceed North 76 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 143.67 feet to the point of beginning.
I will sell and convey only such title as is vested in me as Substituted Trustee.

The President declared the motion passed and adopted.
