Respondents other than you in thi s action are Katherine Elizabeth Jackson, Katherine Marie Atkinson. Lee Flowers Hamrick. IV, Robert Charles Hamrick, and Henry Ward Hamrick, Jr.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this
action at 9:30 clock a.m. on the 30th day of June, 2017 in the courtroom of the Leflore County Courthouse in Greenwood, Mississippi. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment may be entered against you for the money or other relief demanded in the petition.

desire.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the City Council, City of Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids at the City Hall, Greenwood, Mississippi, until 2:00 p.m. on the 1st day of June, 2017, for the purchase of and for use by the Police and Fire Departments of said City, the following items to-wit:
1.Uniforms for Police and Fire Departments
Bids are to be filed on or before the date and time shown above in a sealed envelope on the outside of which must be plainly marked “SEALED BID – POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT UNIFORMS– OPEN JUNE 1, 2017 AT 2:00 P.M.”

AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE OF THE
MEETING DATE OF THE DILAPIDATED
HOUSING MEETING FOR JUNE, 2017
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GREENWOOD, that the City Council authorizes the change of the meeting date of the June 6, 2017 meeting from June 6, 2017 to June 8, 2017. Motion was made by Councilperson David Jordan, seconded by Councilperson Johnny Jennings to change the meeting date of the June 6, 2017 meeting from June 6, 2017 to June 8, 2017. A vote was taken, Councilpersons Johnny Jennings, Ronnie Stevenson, Charles E. McCoy, Sr., Andrew Powell, David Jordan and Carl Palmer all voted YEA. Councilperson Lisa Cookston being absent. The President declared the motion passed and adopted.
