Chandler, III, Deceased, by the Chancery Court of Leflore County, Mississippi, on the 4th day of May, 2018, and notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the Estate of said L. N. Chandler, III to present the same to the Clerk of said Chancery Court of Leflore County, Mississippi, for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.

OF
PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PROPERTY
FROM RESIDENTIAL (R-2) TO RESIDENTIAL (R-3)
Pursuant to the Order of the Leflore County Board of Supervisors dated April 23, 2018, Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or in any way affected by the application of Dwight A. Butler and Clementine Lehman Butler to have rezoned from Conventional Residential (R-2) to General Residential (R-3) property on Grenada Boulevard in Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi, to allow for the placement of a mobile home. The following described property is proposed for rezoning, to wit:
Lot 6 in the Grenada Highland Addition to the City of Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi
Said application will be heard by the Leflore County Board of Supervisors of Leflore County, Mississippi on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room at the Leflore County Courthouse in Greenwood, Mississippi, at which time, all persons interested in or any way affected thereby will be heard, after which a decision will be rendered by the Board of Supervisors. Any objections may be made by any person and, if made in writing, may be filed with the Clerk of the Chancery Court or the undersigned before the date and time of said hearing.
