Sale Date: Monday, March 6, 2017
WHEREAS, on June 30, 1999, Judy Harris Brown executed a Deed of Trust to J. Lane Greenlee, Trustee, for the use and benefit of the Bank of Winona, Winona, Mississippi, which was filed on July 2, 1999 of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County at Greenwood, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 502 at page 597 of the records of Deeds of Trust of said county;
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2006, Judy Harris Brown executed a Deed of Trust to J. Lane Greenlee, Trustee, for the use and benefit of the Bank of Winona, Winona, Mississippi, which was filed on May 26, 2006 of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County at Greenwood, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 649 at page 308 of the records of Deeds of Trust of said county;
WHEREAS, on January 2, 2009, Judy Harris Brown executed a Deed of Trust to J. Lane Greenlee, Trustee, for the use and benefit of the Bank of Winona, Winona, Mississippi, which said Deed of Trust was filed on January 7, 2009 of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County at Greenwood, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 694 at page 210 of the records of Deeds of Trust of said county;
WHEREAS, default was made and now exists in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust;
WHEREAS, Bank of Winona as owner and holder of said Deed of Trust and the indebtedness secured thereby has exercised the option contained in said Deed of Trust and declared the entire indebtedness secured thereby immediately due and payable and has called upon the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust therein contained and requested the undersigned to sell said property under the provision of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of satisfying the debt thereby secured and unpaid, together with attorney fees and the expenses of the execution of this Trust and of the selling of said property.
NOW THEREFORE, I, J. Lane Greenlee, Trustee, do hereby give notice that on Monday, March 6, 2017, during legal hours, I will proceed to sell, at public auction, at public outcry, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at the south front door of the Leflore County Courthouse in Greenwood, Mississippi, the following described lands with all improvements thereon situated in Leflore County, Mississippi, and described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 6 and four feet off the South side of Lot 3, Block 12 of the Douglas Part of the City of Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi.
Lot 7 and the North 1/2 of Lot 10, Block 12 of the Douglas Part of the City of Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
